Signal Measurements
- RF power meter: Mini Circuits PWR-SEN-6G+ USB power sensor
- internal attenuator set at 0 dBm
- power meter 50 dBm offset applied for measurements at rear panel connectors
- 10 dB attenuators used at FWD and RFL outputs to achieve 50 dB atten of actual signal

Diagnostic:
- intermittent 10 dB attenuator -> replaced
- outputs only 24 dBm at 2 dBm input.
- rigged TOMCO directly with 0 dBm input -> 46.4 dBm output on MCI meter+100W load; OK
- same input, connect ouput through filter+Werlatone+internal MIC+100 W load -> says 25.0 dBm; wrong!
- connect input through internal attenuator and input box ->
